In order to gain ASEP or CSEP accreditation it is necessary for INCOSE UK members to pass the certification knowledge examination.
INCOSE UK are offering their members the opportunity to sit a paper version of this exam. Following the recent release of Version 5 of the SE handbook, this exam will be a hybrid exam. This means the exam will cover only the overlapping information found in both version 4 and version 5 SE handbooks. There is no content on the Hybrid exam that cannot be found in both version 4 or version 5, so candidates can study either version. The exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions. One answer per question.
Membership of INCOSE UK is mandatory for anyone wishing to register for and sit the examination.
Those candidates who achieve a successful outcome must then apply for ASEP or CSEP, via the INCOSE UK online application process, in order to receive their accreditation. This attracts an additional fee. Details of this cost can be found here.
