Please note that it is possible to cancel exam bookings up until two weeks prior to the examination date. Requests for cancellation will be required in writing and will attract a fee of £30.00 which will be deducted from the final refund.
Cancellations made after this date will not be entitled to any refund of the fee.
The Certification examination will start at the time stated and candidates are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before this to allow adequate time to register. Any candidate arriving late may be refused entry to the room and will not be entitled to any refund.
